Springsteen's tour rider - BioChem Protein and Chocolate Spiru-Tein

Schnancypants posted this on BTX. It's a piece of the 2002-2003 tour rider for Springsteen and his entourage from The Smoking Gun.

It actually doesn't seem all that bad compared to some others they have up there (JLO requires everything to be white...everything...for example). What I don't get is what happens if Springsteen doesn't get his two plants and what if his round table is 5 feet not 6 in diameter?
