What Springsteen can teach CEO's

After seeing Springsteen in Ottawa (and many...err...a few times before), you can't help but think of him as the hardest working, most dedicated to his craft artist in the industry. He's workman-like, never takes a night off while up there and is the director, the actor, the producer and the writer.
