A mjeff asked a great question on BTX - which song, reworked for Live in Dublin is the best.
My personal opinion is that If I Should Fall Behind and Growin' Up are the best -- love the twang in Growin' Up and IISFB is perfectly suited for the irish lullaby/waltzy makeover.
